Happy Valentines Day!

Oh we have had tons of fun the last couple of weeks preparing for valentine's day.  Lucas, Jim and I have spent time unwrapping crayons, breaking them and melting them in heart molds for gifts for Lucas' friends at school!  So much fun!

We also cut watermelon and strawberries into hearts for their snacks today!  So sweet!  Lucas kept eating my strawberries as I was cutting them though.  He thought it was a fun game. I totally forgot pictures of that!

It is also our Carla's birthday!  So we have our vanilla cupcakes (chocolate frosting for the humans) for tonight too.  Lucas loved helping with them.  He read the directions on the box.  It was fun to watch him "read" the pictures of water, butter and eggs.

Jim and I are the luckiest parents in the world.  Lucas told us this morning he was proud of us :)  for what it doesn't matter.  He melts my heart!

Nana got him a new hat the other day.  I think he loves it!

Lucas' New Bathroom

Here is the reveal.............although it is not completed.  I have absolutely NOTHING on the walls yet.  I have all kinds of ideas but I can't seem to decide on anything exactly!  I keep finding new and fun things on Pinterest that I want to make :)

There was another shower curtain that momma liked better but Lucas picked this one.  It is his bathroom and I had to let go of some of the decisions.  He also loved helping daddy with the actual work.

I think I have another man in the house that will be able to fix anything!!!!!  now for the decor!!  come on mama get something done for those walls!
