May 2011 - milestones
One year ago my little man starting walking (5.1.10) It was derby day and I remember him walking from the couch into my arms. He did it three times in a row and I ran crying to tell Jimmy. We then tried to record this momentous occasion and of course Lucas didn't want it recorded.
This year we are building a tree house for our little guy. He enjoys playing golf like poppa and running around crazy in the backyard. He is also starting to puts words together into sentences. He has ways of talking or using his actions to tell us what he wants but we seem to have an understanding. Thats always great. We are beginning to see some tantrums but it is usually because he can't "tell" us what he wants. I can see his fusteration and I get upset that I can't help.
I love that he comes in our room, climbs into bed, kisses me and says nite nite momma, every morning. He wants to snuggle in bed instead of getting up. Just like his daddy!
