finally better...........

My monkey is better now.  He is eating and playing and back to his wonderful self again.  We are getting excited to see our friends for New Years Eve.  Its fun how we used to all hang out and head to the bars to celebrate the New Year and now we are excited to all gather at someones house, kids in tow to have a wonderful family celebration.  More of our parties gatherings are now including kids.  We have all adapted to making our gatherings kid friendly but us adults still have a great time.  Don't get me wrong, it is still fun to have that kid free night out on the town but then all we do is talk about and miss our babies!!!

This weekend, not only am I looking forward to the wonderful time with friends and their families and I am excited to put away my Christmas.  I am always the one that is excited to get it out and now I want my living room back.  I know my living room will be taken over by this train table until my loving husband creates the "play room" he keeps talking about.  I am not sure where this "room" will come from but I am sure Jimmy will come up with something!  He usually does.  That is why my life stays exciting, you never know what he has planned!
